2022 Nominations

This year all nominations will be done via the AIDKA app. The club have applied the following conditions.
- Nominations close 9.00am Thursday $30.00 first class and $25,00 for second etc
- Late fee $20.00 after this but must still nominate through the AIDKA app.
- No nominations accepted at the track
- Refund policy: Same as AIDKA policy
Any nomination cancelled before close of nomination will incur a 50% fee. Cancellations after closing will result in a loss of nomination fee. The only exceptions are - • Cancellations due to a valid medical reason (certificate required). These cancellations will receive a full refund. • Cancellations due to a Government enforced Covid-19 restriction. These cancellations will receive a full refund. All cancellations must be done via email, nominations@adkc.com.au Cancelled meetings will be refunded back to the original account
